After seeing a late-night infomercial, I decided to purchase a Trikke.  It looked like a lot of fun as well as great exercise.

Grant's Trail in South St. Louis County is a good place to trikke because of the level, smooth path.
I have never fallen, but it is important to wear a helmet when trikking or biking.
