After seeing a late-night infomercial, I decided to purchase a Trikke.  It looked like a lot of fun as well as great exercise. 

I purchased my Trikke from Trikke Tampa, which is owned by a nice couple who were very helpful when I called them at 1-877-287-4553 (1-877-2TRIKKE)

I have only been trikking for a few weeks now, and I'm gradually improving.  Grant's Trail in South St. Louis County is a good place to trikke because of the level, smooth path.
I have never fallen, but it is important to wear a helmet when trikking or biking.
